Privacy Policy

VOYRA Solutions Company is a limited liability company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration number 7052359598. In this policy, "we", "us" and "VOYRA" mean that company.

We are the party responsible for the personal data described here. If you want to reach us about anything on this page, write to privacy@voyra.sa.

From our contact form we collect only what the form asks for: your first name, your last name, your capacity (student, parent, school or other), your email address and your mobile number. There are no hidden fields.

If you email us, message us on WhatsApp or call us, we hold what you send us and what we need to reply.

If a school engages us to run a journey, we will be given the information needed to operate it safely — participant names, ages, emergency contacts, and any medical or dietary information the school shares with us. That information comes from the school, not from this website.

To answer your enquiry and to discuss a possible journey with you. That is the only reason we collect anything through this website.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build a marketing profile of you.

We will not send you marketing messages unless you have asked us to, and if you ever do, you can stop them at any time by replying and telling us.

When you fill in our form you are giving us your consent to contact you about your enquiry. You can withdraw that consent at any time, and we will delete your details.

Where a school has engaged us, we process participant data because it is necessary to deliver the service the school has contracted us to provide, and because we could not run a journey safely without it.

Our contact form may be completed by a parent, a student, a school, or a member of school staff. The form asks which of these you are, and we use that answer to decide how to respond.

If the person who contacts us is a student under 18, we use their details only to acknowledge the enquiry and to reach their school or their parent. We do not proceed with a booking, and we do not ask for any further personal data, until a parent or guardian has given consent.

A parent or guardian may ask us at any time to delete an enquiry made by their child. We will do so, and we will not ask why.

This website shows photographs taken on journeys we have run. Photographs in which a participant is identifiable are published only where a signed media release is held from that participant's parent or guardian.

A media release can be withdrawn. If you are a parent or guardian and you want a photograph removed, write to privacy@voyra.sa and we will take it down. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask for one.

Our enquiry form is delivered by Google, and enquiries are stored in a Google Workspace account controlled by VOYRA. Our website is hosted by Netlify. Our email is provided by Microsoft. These providers process data on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

When a journey is booked we share only what is necessary with the parties who deliver it — airlines, hotels, transport operators, insurers, and where a visa is required, the relevant consulate.

We may disclose data where a Saudi authority requires it under law.

We rely on international service providers to run our website, our email and the enquiry form, which means some of your personal data is stored or processed outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

Enquiry form data — your name, mobile number, email address and school name — is held by Google at one of its data centres outside the Kingdom.

Email correspondence with us is held by Microsoft at one of its data centres outside the Kingdom.

Website visit logs, which include your IP address, are processed by our hosting provider outside the Kingdom.

We engage these providers under contractual terms that oblige them to protect your data, to encrypt it in transit and at rest, and to use it only to provide the service to us. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing purposes.

Our domain registration data is held inside the Kingdom, with an accredited Saudi domain registrar.

If you would rather your data were not held outside the Kingdom, contact us at privacy@voyra.sa before submitting the form, and we will take your enquiry by phone or WhatsApp instead.

If you enquire and we do not go on to work together, we keep your enquiry for 24 months and then delete it. We keep it that long because school planning cycles are long and a conversation that goes quiet in March often resumes in September.

Where a journey has taken place, we keep the records the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires.

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to be told what we hold about you, to obtain a copy of it, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it deleted, and to withdraw consent you previously gave.

Write to privacy@voyra.sa and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise the matter with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

This website is served over an encrypted connection. Enquiries go to accounts protected by two-factor authentication, and access is limited to the people who need it to reply to you.

No system is perfect. If a breach ever affected your data, we would notify you and the authority as the law requires.

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top of the page. If the change is significant, we will say so plainly rather than hoping you do not notice.
